Spring Camp: I Bike Coral Gables!
March 23-27, 9am-5pm

Children ages 5-12 will love this spring break in which they can bring, decorate and ride their bikes all week long at the Museum. Activities include bike safety lessons, exhibit tours, artist talks, bike relay races on the Museum Plaza and field trips to parks where they can spring into action on their self-propelled vehicles. Join the Museum's featured artist, Federico Carosio III, as he leads us on a bicycling journey to the picturesque sites that inspired the paintings on display. Federico's landscapes and streetscapes of Coral Gables and Coconut Grove have made him one of South Florida’s most recognizable painters. This ride will be as beautiful as his paintings!

The Underline

Meg Daly, guest tour guide, is the founder of Friends of the Underline – the group that champions the plan to redevelop and enhance the M-Path – the bikeway that runs beneath the Metrorail from Brickell to Dadeland. View the educational exhibit about the project’s vision and progress then ride The Underline and discuss the future (and very exciting) plan.
