The Simon & Sigalos presents 2018 Carlos Laborde Pursuit Cycling Series is a bi-weekly Wednesday night 1.2 mile long circuit race.

The event features two groups (A group - Men Cat 1/2/3) chasing the (B group: Men 40+ B (cat 4/5), 50+, Cat 4, Cat 5 and Women (1/2/3) (4/5) being chased with a gap that is determined by field size and other factors.

The 6 race series will have the following divisions who will seek the 'Pink Jersey'.

Masters 40+ B (Cat 4/5)
50+
Women 1/2/3
Women 3/4
Cat 3
Men Cat 4
Men Cat 5
Juniors 4/5
Cat 1/2

Each group will have its own prize money.

Group A - $50, $30, $20
Group B - $50, $30, $20

Plus overall winner - $50

Women - special prize money.

The race is 45 minutes.
