Celebrate the end of summer and back to school with Wynwood Brewing CO. on one of our 3 social rides from our brewery to some of Miami's most beautiful locations
Check In- 30 minutes before ride, starting at 7:00am
A Group: 20 MPH Pedals Up 7:30am
B Group: 16-18 MPH Pedals Up 8:15am
C Group: 12-14 MPH Pedals Up 8:30am
This years family friendly ride will include:
- Bike Rodeo hosted by The University of Miami BikeSafe program. BikeSafe is an evidence-based injury prevention program focused on bicycle safety for children ages 10-14. BikeSafe will setup a Bike Rodeo (a fun lane setup to teach children about bike safety) BikeSafe will also be providing some goodies and helmets to those who need! BikeSafe has three program missions: to reduce the number of pediatric injuries, increase physical activity, and improve the bikeability of the built environment.
- The Wynwood Police Department's Cycle Officers will be on-site leading the route around Wynwood to simulate different bike safety scenarios. The Wynwood PD will bring their famous Ice Cream Truck for all to enjoy!
- 100 Backpacks with school supplies will be available to families on a first come, first serve- no purchase necessary!
Cost to participate:
- Each rider will pay $15.00 which includes guided participation in the ride, led by a captain, a branded Sili Pint, La Rubia Blonde Ale to enjoy, (1) raffle ticket for the chance to win a branded Caja China ($450.00 value), RAPHA Cycling kit ($200 value), and more!
- Additional raffle tickets will be available to purchase for $5.00
- ALL PROCEEDS WILL BE GOING TO BOYS & GIRLS CLUBS OF MIAMI-DADE & BIKESAFE
