"Join BikeSafe for a day of fun and exploring our ability to learn balance on two wheels at our Micromobility Extravaganza. Youths and adults will have the opportunity to learn how to ride with balance bikes, experience a Class 1 pedal-assist ebike - provided by Lyft - and riders over 18 can learn how to ride an electric assist scooter, provided by mobility operators Lyft and Spin.
The event will also feature a special demonstration of Miami-Dade's latest protected bike lane designs from the Department of Transportation & Public Works in addition to booths and presentations from local advocates including The Underline, Coral Gables Parks & Recreation, Miami-Dade's Department of Transportation & Public Works, FDOT District 6, Bike Coconut Grove, the Miami Riders Alliance, and Transit Alliance Miami."
